Refund Policy

If Squadroom isn't for you, email us within 7 days of a subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full. No forms and no retention call. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and typically settle within 5 to 10 business days.

The guarantee covers the Squadroom subscription fee only. Outside the 7-day window, subscription fees are not refundable, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Credit packs bought as a top-up are refundable within 7 days of purchase while the credits in that pack are still unspent. Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack is final: the work has already run against paid third-party services on your behalf.

The research credits included with your monthly subscription reset each billing cycle and carry no separate cash value.

You may cancel your Squadroom subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal. Canceling your subscription will prevent any future recurring charges.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your workspace and agents until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Beyond the 7-day guarantee above, no prorated refunds are provided for cancellations made midway through a billing period.

Please note that Squadroom operates on a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model. You are responsible for any token or compute costs incurred directly with third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).

Because these charges are billed directly by the AI providers and not by Squadroom, we have no ability to issue refunds for AI model usage under any circumstances.

Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (including, but not limited to, reverse engineering, unauthorized use, abuse of the platform, or illegal activities) will result in the immediate forfeiture of any active subscription.

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations.
